Fishdle Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fishdle on the web and through Discord. By using Fishdle, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Fishdle and Discord under the laws that apply to you. If you use Fishdle through Discord, you must also follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The service
Fishdle provides daily and archived fish-identification puzzles, accounts, leaderboards, sharing, Fishdex entries, and private multiplayer games. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the service evolves.
Accounts and linking
You are responsible for activity through your Fishdle account and for keeping your credentials secure. Discord linking is optional. You may unlink Discord at any time from your Fishdle account. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.
Fair and respectful play
Do not harass other players, submit abusive display names or reactions, automate gameplay, disrupt rooms, probe for daily answers, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, overload the service, or use Fishdle for unlawful activity. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when needed to protect players and the service.
Content and intellectual property
The Fishdle name, interface, original artwork, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Fish facts, scientific names, and properly licensed third-party media remain subject to their respective sources and licenses. Attribution information is available on the Media Attribution page.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how Fishdle handles data. Discord, Google AdSense when enabled, and linked media sources operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Fishdle does not control those third-party services.
Availability and disclaimers
Fishdle is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep puzzles, scores, facts, and services accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every fact or result will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Fishdle is provided without implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Fishdle operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions may be submitted through the official support contact published with the Fishdle Discord application.
